BemuFix · AI customer service for workshops
When a customer asks about a fault, a price or a free slot, BemuFix answers right away. It identifies the car from the plate, asks the follow-up questions and guides them to booking. The workshop gets to focus on cars.
In production · BemuFIX, BMW specialist, Helsinki
§ 00 · The idea
In a small workshop the phone rings mid-job, and questions that come in at night wait until morning. The customer wants to know now what might be wrong and what it will cost. BemuFix handles that first conversation and hands the workshop a ready picture: the car, the symptom and the contact details.
§ 01 · For customers
The customer types the plate and BemuFix looks up the car. From there the conversation is about this car's fault, not cars in general.
Make, model, engine and year from the plate number.
A five-step interview: the symptom, when it shows up and what's been done.
An estimate at the workshop's own rates. Big jobs are always agreed separately.
Guides to booking and collects the contact details for the workshop.
Advice on retrofits and accessories.
Example
A yellow engine light just came on in my 330e. Should I bring it in?
Yes, worth a look. What's the plate number, so I can check the car? And is the light steady or flashing?
§ 02 · Agents
The customer talks to one assistant. Behind it, an orchestrator decides who on the team answers and hands over when the topic changes mid-conversation.
Finds the car by its plate.
Works out the symptom and what's needed.
Estimates at the workshop's rates.
Guides to booking.
Keeps track of the customer and their cars.
Handles messages and follow-ups.
Advises on retrofits.
§ 03 · Memory
When a customer comes back, BemuFix knows what was discussed and what's been done to the car. It also learns from every conversation which symptoms tend to mean which fault in this workshop.
Resolved cases stay in the learning for half a year.
A memory lookup takes under a third of a second (p95 279 ms).
Personal memory is stored only when the customer gives their phone number.
§ 04 · The workshop decides
BemuFix can suggest a customer's next service from the car's history. The suggestion stays a draft that the workshop reviews. When information is uncertain or conflicting, BemuFix asks rather than guesses.
Tested on 68 hand-reviewed drafts: 79% were on target. Being rolled out step by step.

§ 05 · Also
Every week AI sums up visitors, call clicks and conversations, and tells you what changed.
Pages, scroll depth, call clicks and chats in its own system.
If conversations stop suspiciously or a connection drops, an alert goes out right away.
Every change runs through the tests before it reaches production.
Part of Brandista
The big players build memory inside their own walls and sell general tools to companies with an IT department. Brandista delivers ready agent teams for a specific workflow to SMEs, and the memory belongs to the customer.
Read about the memory layer →Shared identity, an event bus and verified memory under every product.
A finding in one product can change what another does, as Continuity and Veyra already do.
A new product or agent team is built on the existing foundation, not from scratch.
§ 06 · Questions
AI customer service for workshops. It answers customers on the workshop's website, identifies the car from the plate, works out the fault and guides them to booking.
No. It handles the first conversation and gathers the details. Diagnosis, price and the repair are always the workshop's call.
It was built for a BMW specialist, but the agents and memory work with any workshop's or service business's data. Tell us about yours.
The workshop's. Personal memory is stored only when the customer gives their phone number.
