Veyra · AI coach · iOS

Remembers what you want.

Veyra remembers your goal, your constraints and the rhythm of your week. It picks up where you left off – and changes the day when your body says something different from the plan.

You

My knee feels off.

Veyra

We'll adjust. No squats this week – tell me if it still feels off tomorrow.

§ 00 — Thesis

Most training plans forget you the moment you close them. Veyra picks up where you left off. No repeated questions. No resets. A coach should actually use what it knows – and change the training because of it.

§ 01 — The monthly map

A six-month goal. A four-week arc. Today.

You say in your own words where you want to be in six months. The coach turns it into a four-week arc – base, build, peak, deload – and writes each week only when it arrives. The arc sets the week's intent. Recovery overrides the day.

  • 01

    Move the peak

If a race or a trip moves, the peak moves – the arc doesn't reset to week one.

  • 02

    Changes stay visible

The map shows when and why it adapted: recovery, missed sessions or your own request.

  • 03

    The day always wins

If recovery dips, easing today goes ahead of the arc's intensity.

§ 02 — Limits

It won't suggest what you ruled out.

Tell it your constraints and your equipment once. If a movement you asked to avoid, or equipment you don't have, tries to enter the plan, the week isn't updated – and Veyra tells you why. It doesn't hide the block or invent a workaround.

  • Your own equipment

Pick what you have. The coach only suggests movements you can do with it – or with bodyweight and walking.

  • Stated and inferred, kept apart

A limit you stated yourself is different from one a safety rule inferred. Each shows as its own reason.

Week update

The week wasn't updated: the plan included deadlifts, which you asked to avoid.

How it shows in the app. Example.

§ 03 — Veyra × Continuity

When recovery dips, the plan changes by itself.

  1. 01 Signal

    Continuity notices a change overnight.

Heart-rate variability falls clearly below your own level. Continuity reads your night – Veyra doesn't need the raw readings.

  2. 02 Snapshot

Veyra gets a category, nothing more.

Something like “recovery pressure elevated” arrives over Brandista's event bus. The home screen shows a word – Recovered, Steady or Under load – not a biometric number.

  3. 03 Decision

    The coach rewrites the day.

The hard session becomes an easy one. The map keeps a note of why.

  4. 04 Confirmation

    It flows back.

When you schedule a session in response, Continuity's Feed shows it. Workouts logged in Apple Health are visible to the coach.

Veyra works without Continuity too – the coach then relies on what you tell it and what Apple Health shows. With Continuity, it also knows how your night went.

§ 04 — Coach

A coach you can talk to. One that remembers what you said.

The conversation continues where it left off. Long training memory is condensed in the background, so the coach knows what you did a month ago without you repeating it.

01 · Voice

Talk mid-session.

In workout mode you can speak to the coach in Finnish or English, and it answers out loud.

02 · Images

Show, don't explain.

Send a photo of a machine, a menu or your watch screen – the coach takes it into account.

03 · Virta

One view of your day.

Today's session, recovery as a word, meals and steps. The coach's notes in the same stream.

04 · Review

An honest direction.

A weekly and monthly readiness review in charts that show only what was measured.

§ 05 — Nutrition

Food moves with your training.

Pick a pattern, your restrictions and your meal rhythm. Nutrition adapts to the training day – differently on hard days than on rest days.

01

Strict keto

under 20–30 g net carbs a day

02

Keto + targeted carbs

carbs only on hard training days

03

Metabolic low-carb

flexible, no sugar or processed food

Vegetarian, vegan, lactose-free and other restrictions · 3 + snacks, 2 meals or OMAD · batch cooking

Safety limit: the nutrition coach is a guidance tool and doesn't replace a healthcare professional. If you take medication, have a chronic condition or are pregnant or breastfeeding, talk to a doctor first.

§ 06 — FAQ

Questions, answered.

01What is Veyra?

An iOS app and AI coach that remembers your goal, your constraints and the rhythm of your week. It builds a monthly arc, writes the weeks and adapts the day to your recovery.

02Do I need Continuity?

No. Veyra works on its own and reads workouts from Apple Health. With Continuity, the coach also knows how your night went and can ease the day before you notice it yourself.

03Does Veyra see my health data?

Veyra gets only a categorised snapshot from Continuity, such as “recovery pressure elevated”. Raw biometric readings are not passed to the coach.

04Does it work on Android?

Not yet. Veyra is currently an iOS app.

05What if I don't want a movement?

Say it once. If a movement you asked to avoid tries to enter the plan, the week isn't updated and Veyra tells you why.

06How do I get in?

The pilot runs by invitation and the first group is kept small. Leave your email and you'll get access and instructions directly.
